Ingredients:

1/2 cup buckwheat groats

2TBS chia seeds

1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or any other nut milk like almond, rice, soy, etc.)I used Silk Brand – not the canned kind

1/2 cup water

1teaspoons vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

||In the morning, place it in a pot, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes||

this was definitely something new for berry happy and even after modifying the recipe to serve one’ it was still way to much for me to eat on my own #organic #glutenfree #nongmo #dairyfree #healthygirl #healthyliving
