Ingredients:
1/2 cup buckwheat groats
2TBS chia seeds
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or any other nut milk like almond, rice, soy, etc.)I used Silk Brand – not the canned kind
1/2 cup water
1teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
